Locksmith
PCS completes re-key services for any property in 3 days or less. Services typically consist of re-keying existing locks on front and rear access doors, one lock per door.
Digital Image Documentation
PCS provides comprehensive digital documentation of the property before-and-after so you can see the work we complete and maintain detailed records.
Field Inspection
PCS will visit the site to to provide timely and accurate information regarding occupancy status, first time vacancy, and property condition.
Janitorial/Cleaning Services
PCS offers cleaning services once trash-out/debris removal is complete. Cleaning services include sweeping carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning sinks, bathtubs, & toilets.
Lawn Service
PCS lawncare service includes lawn mowing, clipping removal, walkway edging and shrubbery trimming.
Winterization
PCS performs both wet and dry winterization and plumbing system preservation. Winterization warning labels are applied to sinks, toilets, hot water heaters, and other plumbing mechanisms.
Pet Rescue

Repair & Remodeling
PCS rehab and repair work is done on a case-by-case basis and always performed under permit and in accordance with local building code by licensed and insured contractors.
